Grabher has won eight singles and eight doubles titles on the ITF Circuit. On 12 April 2021, she reached her best singles ranking of world No. 196. On 29 August 2016, she peaked at No. 387 in the doubles rankings. Playing for Austria at the Fed Cup, Grabher has a win–loss record of 3–7 in singles and 2–9 in doubles (overall 5–16).

So far, she has won ten singles titles and ten doubles titles on the ITF Circuit. On 29 July 2019, she reached her best singles ranking of world No. 200. On 3 April 2017, she peaked at No. 309 in the WTA doubles rankings. In May 2016, Hobgarski was awarded a wildcard for the main draw of the Nuremberg Cup.
